Pakistan’s men’s and women’s domestic cricket will receive significantly wider digital exposure during the 2026–27 season, with more than 250 matches set to be streamed live across the country on OTT platform Tapmad.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced that Tapmad has acquired the live-streaming rights for the season, while Tamasha will serve as its syndication partner, making domestic cricket more accessible to fans throughout Pakistan.
The agreement covers Pakistan’s leading men’s competitions, including the National Champions Cup, Quaid-e-Azam Trophy Gold and Silver, President’s Trophy and President’s Cup Grade-I, President’s Trophy Grade-II and the National T20 Cup.
Pakistan’s women cricketers will also gain greater visibility, with the Women’s One-Day, T20 and Under-19 T20 tournaments included in the broadcasting arrangement.
The coverage will extend to Pakistan’s age-group structure, featuring Under-15, Under-17 and Under-19 competitions. This will give emerging players an opportunity to showcase their abilities to a nationwide audience from the earliest stages of their careers.
PCB Commercial Director Dr Ali Adnan Zaidi welcomed Tapmad’s continued investment in Pakistan cricket and said the partnership would help take domestic competitions to millions of viewers. “I congratulate and appreciate Pi Pakistan Private Limited/Tapmad Holdings Pte Limited for coming on board with the Pakistan Cricket Board to take Domestic cricket action to millions of eye-balls across the country,” Zaidi said. "We are thankful to them for investing in our cricket with continued faith and trust.”
PCB Senior General Manager of Domestic Cricket Operations Osama Sharoon added that nationwide streaming would motivate players to maintain high standards and inspire more young boys and girls to take up the sport. “It is of utmost importance to stream our domestic cricket events to the audiences countrywide,” Sharoon said in a statement. “Apart from keeping the players on their toes, it also plays a part in inspiring the future generations to take up sport.”
Tapmad Chief Executive Yassir Pasha described domestic cricket as the foundation of Pakistan’s success at the highest level. He said emerging and established domestic players deserved greater visibility, recognition and engagement from supporters.
"We are delighted to partner with the Pakistan Cricket Board for the domestic cricket rights. Domestic cricket is the foundation of Pakistan's cricketing success and we believe it deserves the same level of visibility, innovation and fan engagement as the international game.
“At Tapmad, our commitment is to bring fans closer to the action through a world-class digital experience while helping grow the reach of domestic cricket across the country. We are equally pleased to have Tamasha join us as our syndication partner, and together we look forward to expanding audiences and contributing to the continued growth of the game in Pakistan."
The complete domestic schedule, including match dates, venues and streaming information, will be available on PCB website.
